ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order if it hasn't yet been shipped. Contact us and we'll do our best to help you out.

 

SHIPPING

All packages are carefully prepared and shipped from our warehouse located in Montréal (Canada).

Orders are typically shipped out in 3 to 5 business days with a tracking number.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes and that some shipping delays may be beyond our control.

Shipping fees within Canada: (except Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest-Territories)

Flat rate of 12$ for orders under 99$ CAD (Quebec and Ontario only) and 16$ for the other provinces.

We offer free shipping for orders 99$ CAD and higher (after rebates and before taxes)

RETURN & EXCHANGE

For hygienic reasons, all online orders made on our website ''www.etthiq.ca'' are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.

Please double check your size before submitting your order. Please refer to our size guide.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to inspect your order and Contact us if an item is defective, damaged or if we made a mistake. If approved, we will provide you with details on how to return your item free of charge. A full refund will be issued at the earliest convenience to the original payment method upon reception of the problematic item(s).

Depending on your financial institution, please grant 3 to 7 business days before funds are deposited to your account.
